三美光は、2000年２月創業以来、“掃除屋”というよりは、“美装業者”というプロ意識を持って、これまでに長崎県内外で大型商業施設・大型リゾートホテル・大型豪華客船・空港・タワーマンション・庁舎・教育施設等の竣工美装や、海外の世界的ブランド店の他県店舗や文化財屋敷などからご依頼頂きながら、信用・信頼を重ねさせてきました。
特に地元長崎県内においては、退去清掃・定期清掃など、ご協力・ご鞭撻頂きました会社様のお陰様で、本日まで成長させて頂いております。
我々は、創業当初より“傷をつけずに汚れをとる”をモットーに、国内はもとより、海外からも情報を頂きながら、日々成長しております。
海外に目を向けますと、美装業界の水準がとても高い国々が多数ございます。
例えば、国内では１つの美装業者が、竣工美装・退去清掃・定期清掃をしますが、国によっては、竣工美装専門業者があります。 水の硬度を考えただけでも、世界的に日本は軟水であり、それだけをとっても海外の技術の高さが推察できますので、海外業者様との情報の共有を積極的にさせてもらっております。
またステンレス１つとっても、モース硬度５のモノもあれば、７もあります。この“２”の差を同じ”ステンレス”と認識するのか、全く別の”モノ”と捉えるのか、 美装業者のプロとして三美光はその差を重要に考え、美装業務に従事させて頂いております。
美装業界も、想像以上に奥深く、他業種の素材や仕事の進捗状況などを把握しないといけない為、単に“雑巾で拭くだけ”の業界ではない という意識を社員一同が共有しております。 これからも、国内外よりいい技術を取り入れながら、三美光自らの技術を高めることに努め、お客様に快適空間をご提供させて頂きます。
Sanbiko has been served a post construction cleaning of cultural property facility・commercial facility・large resort hotel・Large luxury cruise ship・airport・high-rise apartment building・government building・education facility at Nagasaki and other prefectures as a professional cleaning server. And we have received a request from a global brand in Kyushu Island of Japan.
And also we have served a regular cleaning service and move-in/out cleaning service with our cooperative companies at our hometown, Nagasaki.
Our main target has been “clean it without making any scratches” since its founding.
We have been growing up day by day with receiving information about the cleaning service from all over the world.
Out side of Japan, there is even a specialist of a post construction cleaning company. The hardness of water is also much different country by country. Therefore, there are a lot of things to learn from out side of Japan for the cleaning services.
The mohs hardness of stainless is also different. Some are 5 mohs hardness. But some are 7. Therefore, we also need to learn materials well to do our best job.
